Phil Campbell

Author "Ready Set Go Fitness" and top Masters Athlete Coach

Phil Campbell, M.S., M.A., ASCM, University Speed & Athletic Performance Coach, Consultant to NFL athletes, author and creator of Sprint 8 cardio that was called "the Fastest-Working Workout" on the cover of Oprah's O Magazine and is the featured cardio program in award-winning Vision Fitness home cardio equipment.

Phil Campbell holds two advanced degrees and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.
